Food is banging here. My hubby ordered the Carne Asada Burrito and it is huge. Moist strips of beef, great seasoning... I had to steal a bite of his.. It was so big and beautiful All the greens were fresh and the cilantro was very fragrant, you can tell the care how the ingredients taste vs a restaurant that just wants high turnover. I ordered the Huevos al Gusto y Jamon. The eggs and rice were nice and fluffy, very fresh and tender. No hard crunchy reused rice here. The jamon was savory and smoky. I think we might go back for breakfast tomorrow. He tried 2 different salsa's red and green. I preferred the red, he loved the green. The green is one is on the hotter side. Red is fragrant, with a little kick. We ended up getting some to take back to the room. If you are looking for a home cooking style non-commercialized kitchen... give this place a try.

The food is fantastic! Their torta asada is fabulous, the service was friendly and quick, and they had plenty of open seating.

The tacos are worth several return trips and the grocery section has a nice selection. The meat counter especially had nice looking meats at reasonable prices and everything was clean as could be.

Great tacos, authentic and tasty Had pastor, barbacoa and the carne asada. Original and fresh

This is the place to go for great authentic tacos. The friendly service, the fair price, and the tasty food makes for an excellent dining experience.

We kind of ended up here by accident but we're really glad we did! We love finding new places, and we especially have a special place in our hearts for taqueria/Mexican grocery combos. We were on our way to the airport and got some quick dinner before our flight. I ordered my usual--three beef tongue tacos with cheese and avocado (don't knock it til you try it!). These were really good. My boyfriend ordered a couple beef barbacoa tacos and a Chile relleno taco. You read that right: a Chile relleno taco! It's exactly what it sounds like, a taco with an entire chile relleno in there. I think I liked his choices a little better than mine, so I took mandatory bite tax from him. The sauces in the squirt bottles were really good too, we especially liked the green one. We could only handle a couple of drops of the spicy red one! Overall we had a really good experience, and we'd recommend this to anyone looking for quality Mexican food in the area!

Kentucky Taco Company remains in its own class for tacos but for authentic Mexican tacos these are the best I've ever had. Pastor has come out of nowhere to be my favorite taco meat but this lomo taco is now a legit contender. See you again soon The Rosita. Tacos went up about 20 cents a piece but still cheap and delicious.

Excellent place. Looks odd as supermarket and taqueria are next to each other, but this comes with a convenience...you can get additional products you want on your tacos or dishes and add them right there. Saw a gent add a full fresh avocado to his 3 tacos, nice trick! Tacos are excellent portion size and service is quick and friendly. Good prices too. Place is clean and inviting, on the informal side but plenty of tables and good chats with other customers. Ample plaza parking and quick service. At peak hour noon on weekdays service can get slower but it is still pretty quick. I'll be there often. Make sure they read your order back to you, as I got tripes and carne asada when I ordered barbacoa, but my replacement tacos were still very good. I've been there a few times now.

Came as a farewell lunch for a co-worker but can honestly say it will not be Farewell for LaRositas. This place is a sit dow restaurant inside of a Mexican grocery store. The flood was fantastic. I watch my co-workers devour the tacos which were some of the best I've ever seen. I personally enjoyed the carnitas burrito. I requested no beans but my request went straight out the window. Even with the beans, this mama-jamma was the best I've had. I will definitely be bringing my wife back to check it out. The grocery side was great too. We do street tacos on our boat a lot and I will be coming back for supplies! Until next time Larosita! Update. Came again for lunch and still great! Probably my new go to for authentic food!!

Hidden gem. Great authentic Mexican "fast food". Ordered the tacos - both Pollo and Chorizo ($2 each) - and they were freshly prepared and tasted fantastic. Unique selection of soft drinks. The table sauces were a great compliment to the tacos. No frills kind of place - which makes for a great lunch spot.
